☾ RAINBOW PLATING ☾
Did you know that to make rainbow plating, electrical currents are passed through the pins to ionise them? This means no two rainbow pins are the same! The metal can be greens, purples, yellows, blues, pinks, and even silver, and this colouring can be uneven or blotchy. As such, please anticipate that the rainbow hues on your pin may not directly match the pin photographed. Standard grade pins will never have deep scratches on the pin and will never be missing metal plating, but because rainbow metal is so inconsistent, I can't guarantee that the plating will be even or that the pin will be free of small nicks in wide areas of metal.
