Do you ship internationally?

Yes! US orders are sent via USPS and all other international orders are sent by Royal Mail. Please note that unfortunately I am not able to ship to the EU at this time.

How long until my order ships?

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. You will receive a dispatch email once it has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping on UK orders over £30 and international orders over £50.

What customs or import fees will I have to pay?

If you live in a region which imposes VAT and customs or import fees, please note that these may apply to your order. Please make sure you're aware of the costs in your country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination (and are usually charged by your post office). Please check my shipping and delivery information and speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Can I update or change my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, make changes to your order, or want to cancel an order, please email us at hello@lunamise.com as soon as possible. I will try to accommodate changes or cancellations to the best of my ability as long as your order has not been shipped!

To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, I cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

We cannot make changes to your billing address or payment method.

What is your enamel pin grading policy?

Every pin is checked for imperfections. Click here to find out more, including an explanation of what standard grade and seconds pins might look like.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

What if my item was damaged in transit or I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged on its way to you, I am of course happy to send you a replacement.

Please contact me at hello@lunamise.com or use this form to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I hope you're delighted with your order but if you aren't, I am happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery (60 days for non-UK customers).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please see my Refund policy page for more details.

What does Lunamise do to be more sustainable?

All orders are shipped in an eco-friendly bubble mailer or cardboard postal box (depending on the size of your order). Pins are sent in a biodegradable glassine bag, while stationery and lanyards are packaged in fully biodegradable cellophane for added protection during transit.

Wrapping paper, pin backing cards, and thank you cards are printed on recycled materials, and even our packaging stickers and labels are made from paper rather than vinyl! I also try to work with UK producers as much as possible to minimise Lunamise's carbon footprint.
