As standard, orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK orders) and Royal Mail International Standard (non-UK orders). Please note that shipping is not tracked as standard. I can offer tracking at an additional cost - please choose the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout if you need tracked shipping. Please note that there will be 21 days of Royal Mail strikes in the UK between 30 September and 2 December.
The strikes are going to cause significant postal delays both domestically and internationally which are unfortunately not within my control. Please bear this in mind when ordering, especially in the run-up to Christmas.
My store will also be closed 2 November - 16 November as I will be on holiday during that time.
As such, it is STRONGLY recommended that customers make Christmas orders before November to avoid delays as a result of the postal strikes.
I continue to support postal workers in their strikes for fair pay, and I remain grateful for your understanding and patience with small businesses as we navigate these challenges.
If you live in a region which imposes VAT and customs or import fees, that these may apply to your order. Please make sure you're aware of the costs in your country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. For those in the EU, if you would prefer to pay VAT upfront you can do so by shopping through my Etsy Page. Please note that this does not mean you won't be charged import or customs fees on delivery; I can only collect and pay VAT on your behalf.
