As standard, orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (for the UK) or International Standard. Please note that shipping is not tracked as standard. 

From March 2023, I may sometimes use an alternative shipping method for US-bound orders that uses USPS, which may mean very limited tracking will be available at no extra cost. Please note that this service is not guaranteed with every US order (as I need to send several at once in order to use it) but I will do my best to use USPS rather than Royal Mail where possible!

All orders are shipped in an eco-friendly bubble mailer or cardboard postal box (depending on the size of your order). Pins are sent in a biodegradable glassine bag, while stationery and lanyards are packaged in fully biodegradable cellophane for added protection during transit.

Wrapping paper, pin backing cards, and thank you cards are printed on recycled materials, and even our packaging stickers and labels are made from paper rather than vinyl! I also try to work with UK producers as much as possible to minimise Lunamise's carbon footprint.

If you live in a region which imposes VAT and customs or import fees, that these may apply to your order. Please make sure you're aware of the costs in your country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Please check my shipping and delivery information and speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. 

EU Customers

For those in the EU, if you would prefer to pay VAT upfront you can do so by shopping through my Etsy Page. Please note that this does not mean you won't be charged import or customs fees on delivery; I can only collect and pay VAT on your behalf.
